*Set a goal, release the restraints, and get some help moving forward. In one session, we can brainstorm together and get clarity on next and future steps. This session can also be used to complete strengths assessments or focus on a specific goal you have been working towards or dreaming about.
6 Month Commitment
*We'll meet twice a month for a total of twelve sessions. Together, we will create a compass for your life and career based on your strengths, values, and purpose statement. I'll work alongside you to grow a depth of purpose and conviction that will help you move forward into the life you desire and make a positive impact on those around you.
*Looking to get the plane off the ground with a more intensive commitment? Over the course of twelve weekly sessions, we will identify strengths, clarify values, and define your purpose. Together, we can think creatively and dream big about how you can use your gifts to impact your world.
*With a background in teaching, I have extensive experience in working with and connecting to students. Through the Academic Life Coaching framework, we can focus on stress management, study habits, positive interactions with teachers, positive perspective and college planning.
